Naturalist and photo tours to Ecuador
Another trip to Ecuador, still with the Nature experience, and just as much happiness! I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We were a group of 6 photo-ornitho enthusiasts and came back delighted with a trip that was unfortunately too short.
We stayed at BELLAVISTA, a must-see lodge for its bird species (hummingbirds, toucanets, trogons, etc.) and the chance to spot the misty olinguito.
Then on to the remarkable MAQUIPUCUNA reserve, followed by two days at PAZ DE LAS AVEZ, where we spotted cockatiels, grallaires, toucanets and quetzals....
Then a new reserve in SILANCHE (warm welcome from Mathieu and Jeannette, in their brand new home, surrounded by toucans, etc., in a superb setting).
I can only highly recommend Nature once again, for its organisation and the presence of Pierre, an excellent guide, who shared his ornithological and photographic experience with us through his sound advice.
