Did a tailor made trip based on: Journey to the middle of the world

Organisation: excellent. We suggested a number of interesting sites and you linked them up perfectly. We put all our trust in you for the postponement to 2021 of the trip planned for 2020, and we were not disappointed. We appreciated your professionalism, your responsiveness and the way you looked after our trip.

Drivers: the first one, ok. But Fernando is not only a careful, punctual, attentive and cultured driver. He speaks good French and taught us a lot of things in all areas. And responsive to any parking problems. Really worth recommending!

Guides: very good. Really appreciated their knowledge and passion for nature: Luis at Siona Lodge, Natalia in Mindo, Darwin Alvarez on the Nemo III. Only the Cotopaxi guide was less willing (except for the climb to the refuge).

Hotels: good choice in the city centre for walking tours of Quito, Otavalo, Cuenca and Guayaquil. Swimming pools appreciated in Lago Agrio and Guayaquil. The lodges were very good: Siona, Roulotte, Cotopaxi, all with very friendly staff. The Stübel is well located for an evening stopover (easier access than the centre). Copious and very good breakfasts everywhere. The same applies to hotel dinners.

Places of interest: well-chosen days for the Otavalo and Guamote markets. However, we were unable to visit Ingapirca because of the Paro. In addition, several monuments in the cities were closed. In Quito and Cuenca (Pumapungo museum, Todos los Santos churches, etc.).

Cruise: the size of the boat made for magnificent flexibility, and we didn't miss a thing (shark sightings, other fish, turtles, swimming with dolphins, etc.). Comfortable cabin, good food on board, outstanding guide... Highly recommendable.

So a big thank you for the organisation, we were used to a high level of professionalism in other destinations for which we had proceeded in the same way (Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Myanmar, Australia). We were equally satisfied with you, Emma.

Among other things, we were able to discover
- the colonial towns of Quito and Cuenca,
- the museum of aboriginal cultures in Cuenca,
- the flora and fauna of the Amazon, the Andes and the Galapagos.
- The landscapes of Mindo, Antisana, Cotopaxi and Las Cajas,
- the Guamote market (the one in Otavalo is more for Gringos).

Nature Experience perfectly coordinated our stay at the Siona Lodge (Cuyabeno Park in the Amazon), our trip through the Andes with a French-speaking driver (from Mindo to Guayaquil) and our cruise on the Nemo III in the Galapagos (southern circuit).

Nature Experience enabled us to discover the landscapes, geology, flora, fauna and pre-Columbian and colonial cultures of these varied environments. Three weeks of complete pleasure. We unreservedly recommend it.
