Before we left for the Galápagos, I made a mistake and had some trouble. We almost had to cancel our trip, but the kind staff at your agency helped us. Some staff members took us to the airport and stayed with us until our departure. One staff member even waited for two hours at Baltra because our flight was delayed.

All staff at your agency were very supportive and kind throughout our tour. Even though we had a problem, we still had a fantastic tour of Ecuador, including the Galapagos, Voto Basilica, and Mitad del Mundo.

On the first day of the trip, my companion suddenly got sick with what seemed like an allergy. She was able to recover after staying at the hotel for two days, thanks to the warm help from your staff and the hotel staff. We were also impressed that there were no medical expenses in Ecuador.
